Shipping, Processing, Local Delivery & Event Pickup Policy

Our products are handcrafted and prepared with care. Because many of our products are packaged in glass and may contain liquids or temperature-sensitive botanical formulations, additional care is taken when preparing orders for shipment, local delivery, and event pickup.
Please review the following information before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During holidays, promotional sales, product launches, vendor market weekends, or other high-volume periods, additional processing time may be required.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
For example, selecting 3-Day Shipping or Next-Day Air Shipping determines the shipping service used after your order has completed processing and has been transferred to the carrier. Expedited shipping does not eliminate order-processing time.
Once your order is ready, you will receive the appropriate shipment, Local Delivery, or Event Pickup notification by email and/or text.

Shipping & Fulfillment Options
Current fulfillment options include:
- Event Pickup — FREE
- Standard Shipping — $15.00
- FREE Standard Shipping — Orders $100+
- Local Delivery (Qualifying Radius) — $10.00
- 3-Day Shipping — $35.00
- Next-Day Air Shipping — $65.00
Available options are determined at checkout and may vary based on the customer’s address, destination, package requirements, and service availability.
Standard Shipping — $15.00
Orders below the $100 Free Standard Shipping threshold may select Standard Shipping for $15.00.
Standard Shipping transit times vary by destination and carrier service.
Estimated transit time begins after your order has completed processing and has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Weekends, holidays, weather, seasonal shipping volume, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.
FREE Standard Shipping — Orders $100+
Qualifying merchandise orders of $100 or more receive FREE Standard Shipping.
The $100 threshold is based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal before applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Free Standard Shipping applies only to Standard Shipping.
It does not waive or reduce the cost of:

● 3-Day Shipping
● Next-Day Air Shipping
● Other premium or expedited services
Customers who qualify for Free Standard Shipping may still choose an expedited service by paying the applicable shipping charge.
3-Day Shipping — $35.00
3-Day Shipping is available for $35.00.
The shipping timeframe begins after your order has completed processing and has been accepted by the selected carrier.
Therefore, 3-Day Shipping does not mean your order is guaranteed to arrive within three days of the date you place your order.
Actual delivery may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, destination limitations, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Next-Day Air Shipping — $65.00
Next-Day Air Shipping is available for $65.00.
Next-Day Air refers to the expedited carrier service used after your order has completed processing and has been accepted by the carrier.
It does not mean your order will arrive within 24 hours of the time it is placed.
Orders completed after applicable processing or carrier cutoff times, on weekends, holidays, or during business closures may not enter the carrier’s network until the next applicable shipping day.
Next-Day Air service may also be limited by destination and carrier availability.
Shipping Carrier Selection
Alkaline N’ Me may use different shipping providers to fulfill orders.
We reserve the right to select the carrier and service that appropriately fulfills the shipping option purchased by the customer. Selection may be based on destination, package size and weight, product contents, carrier availability, transit time, shipping cost, weather conditions, and other shipment-specific considerations.
When purchasing a shipping option, customers are purchasing the service level, not service from a specific shipping company unless expressly stated otherwise.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery (Qualifying Radius) — $10.00
Local Delivery is available for $10.00 to qualifying addresses within our designated delivery area.
There is no minimum purchase requirement, and the $10 Local Delivery fee applies regardless of the order total.
The $100+ Free Standard Shipping offer does not apply to Local Delivery.
Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. If Local Delivery is not available for your address, another available shipping or pickup option must be selected.
Local Delivery Schedule
Local deliveries are generally completed Mondays and Tuesdays between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged or communicated.
Orders placed by 9:59 PM Sunday may be eligible for delivery during the upcoming Monday or Tuesday delivery schedule.
Orders placed after the Sunday cutoff may be scheduled for the next available Local Delivery day.
Customers will be contacted by email and/or text to confirm their delivery date and time.
Delivery schedules may occasionally change because of holidays, severe weather, vendor events, order volume, or other operational circumstances. We will contact affected customers when a schedule adjustment is necessary.
Local Delivery Instructions
We will first attempt to deliver the order directly to the customer or designated recipient during the confirmed delivery timeframe.
If no one is available, the order may be left at the customer’s door, porch, or another safe location designated or authorized by the customer when appropriate.
A delivery photo may be sent by email and/or text as confirmation of delivery.
Once an order has been successfully delivered and documented, it is considered delivered.
Alkaline N’ Me is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, excessive heat exposure, severe weather exposure, or other conditions affecting an order after successful delivery has been completed and documented.
Customers are strongly encouraged to retrieve deliveries promptly, particularly orders containing glass packaging or temperature-sensitive products.
Event Pickup — FREE
Event Pickup is FREE at participating Alkaline N’ Me farmers markets, vendor events, pop-ups, and other designated events.
After your order is placed, you will be contacted by email and/or text to confirm the event location, date, and pickup time.
Please wait for your confirmation before arriving to retrieve your order.
Orders must be picked up at the confirmed event location during the confirmed pickup timeframe.
If you cannot attend the confirmed event, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
Event Pickup orders are not automatically converted to shipping or Local Delivery.
If you request that an Event Pickup order be shipped or locally delivered instead, the applicable shipping or Local Delivery fee must be paid before the order can be fulfilled using the new method.
Shipping Protection — Shipped Orders Only
Alkaline N’ Me carefully packages shipped orders to help protect products during transit.
Shipped orders include shipping protection for the full value of the order, including applicable taxes.
Coverage may be provided through carrier insurance and/or supplemental shipping protection when necessary.
Shipping protection generally applies to qualifying loss or physical damage that occurs while a package is in the shipping carrier’s possession.
Damaged, Broken or Leaking Shipments
If your shipped order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise physically damaged during transit, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing:
● The affected product(s)
● Exterior shipping package
● Interior and protective packaging
● Shipping label
● Visible damage, breakage, or leakage
Do not discard the merchandise, shipping box, protective packaging, or shipping label until you have contacted us and received further instructions.
These materials may be required to complete a shipping-protection or carrier claim.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances, claim determination, and product availability.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that your package may be lost in transit or has stopped progressing through the carrier’s network, please contact Customer Service.
We may initiate a package trace, carrier investigation, and/or applicable shipping-protection claim.
Packages showing confirmed delivery may require additional investigation before they can be classified as lost.
Shipping Protection Limitations
Shipping protection may not cover circumstances occurring after confirmed delivery, including theft or removal of a package from a porch, mailbox, lobby, mailroom, or other delivery location.
Coverage may also be limited when delivery problems result from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, failure to retrieve a held package, or another circumstance excluded by the applicable carrier or protection provider.
Alkaline N’ Me will assist with eligible claims in accordance with the applicable carrier or shipping-protection provider’s requirements.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for applicable shipped orders by email and/or text once the shipment has been prepared and entered into the carrier’s system.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after shipment confirmation.
Carrier-provided estimated delivery dates may change while your package is in transit.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address at checkout.
Please verify your recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, contact information, and any necessary gate or access instructions before submitting your order.
If you discover an error after placing your order, contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed, labeled, shipped, or transferred to a carrier.
Alkaline N’ Me is not responsible for an order shipped or delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to Alkaline N’ Me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, an unclaimed shipment, failure to retrieve a held package, or another circumstance preventing successful delivery.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, we will contact the customer regarding available options.
Additional shipping charges may be required to reship an order when the original shipment was returned because of incorrect customer-provided information, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or another circumstance outside Alkaline N’ Me’s control.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, transportation and final delivery are subject to the carrier’s operations.
Severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, seasonal shipping volume, transportation disruptions, destination accessibility, carrier network interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Alkaline N’ Me cannot guarantee carrier-provided delivery dates once a shipment has entered the carrier’s possession.
When an eligible package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist with the appropriate carrier or shipping-protection claim.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping, delivery, and contact information and for monitoring order communications.
For shipped orders, please monitor your tracking information and retrieve your package promptly after delivery.
For Local Delivery, please monitor your email and/or text messages for your confirmed delivery date and time.
For Event Pickup, please monitor your email and/or text messages for your confirmed event location, date, and pickup time.
