Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alkaline N’ Me! Every order is handcrafted with care using our powerful proprietary botanical blend. Please review our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During market weekends, holiday sales, product launches, and other high-volume periods, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text update once your order has been prepared for shipment, local delivery, or pickup.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $70 and over

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (rates calculated at checkout)

Shipping Protection (Shipped Orders Only)

All shipped orders only include shipping protection coverage.

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, broken, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:

  • the product

  • packaging

  • shipping label

  • any visible damage or leakage

Approved shipping claims may be eligible for a replacement product, store credit, or refund, depending on claim approval and product availability.

Local Delivery

Alkaline N’ Me offers local hand-delivery within a 20-mile radius of Houston, including surrounding areas such as Spring, Humble, Atascocita, and parts of The Woodlands.

Delivery availability will be shown automatically at checkout based on your address.

  • FREE local delivery on orders $70 and over

  • $10 flat local delivery fee for orders $35–$69.99

  • Minimum order of $35 required for local delivery

Local Delivery Schedule

Local deliveries are made Mondays and Tuesdays only between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, unless otherwise communicated.

Orders must be placed by 9:59 PM on Sunday to qualify for delivery on the upcoming Monday or Tuesday.

Orders placed after 9:59 PM on Sunday will be scheduled for the next available delivery day during the following week.

Customers will be contacted by text or email if any changes to the delivery schedule are necessary.

Delivery Instructions

For all local delivery orders, we will first attempt to deliver directly to the designated customer or recipient during the scheduled delivery window.

If no one is available to receive the order, the package will be left at the customer’s door, porch, or designated safe area/location provided by the customer.

A photo confirmation will be sent by text or email once the order has been delivered.

Once the delivery photo has been sent, the order is considered successfully delivered.

Alkaline N’ Me is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or weather-related issues after delivery confirmation has been provided.

Customers are encouraged to retrieve all orders promptly, especially glass-packaged items.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping and delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Alkaline N’ Me is not responsible for orders shipped or delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Vendor Events & Local Pop-Ups

Products purchased at pop-up events, vendor markets, and local events are available for immediate pickup and are not subject to shipping timelines unless otherwise arranged.

Customers may also place orders online in advance and select Local Pickup / Vendor Event Pickup when available at checkout.
